How to Manage a Consultation Using Customer Focused Selling

Do you feel out of control, self-conscious and unprepared for client consultations? Does the thought of actually having to “sell” your work make you nervous?

In this program, you will learn how to better manage a client meeting and gain back control of the sales process while focusing on the customer. You’ll learn how important it is to truly connect with your customers and understand what motivates them to buy. You’ll also learn how to confidently explain the features and benefits of your company and identify what makes you unique. We’ll also highlight some important industry trends affecting home based and retail studios. In addition, we’ll review traits of successful sales people and give you a step-by-step guide on how to manage a client meeting.

Customer Focused Selling is NOT a sales pitch. It is a process used by top sales professionals to connect with clients, understand their needs, meet them and close the deal. If you are struggling in today’s competitive marketplace, sales skills can make the difference for you and your business.
