Below are the guidelines and formats for submitting your images.
All other rules will stay the same according to the 2006 FPP Salon Rules and the $5 case/entry fee still stands.
A case is an entry of 6 images by a maker in any category.
IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING PRINTS PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
If you are planning on entering PLEASE ARRIVE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE (between 6 and 7pm) to allow enough time for our committee to properly receive your images. It will help the evening run smoothly!
NO PRINTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7:15 PM. If any member has extenuating circumstances and cannot be there by 7:15 please contact me, Jennifer Hoffman (contact info below) PRIOR to Tuesday evening to make arrangements.
Each Image must be entered as follows:
1) CD of images. Size all images to be 72 dpi with the longest side being no larger than 768 pixels.
2) 8” x 10” mounted print.
3) CD’s, prints, and entry forms should be clearly labeled with makers name and titles corresponding to files on CD and accompanying labeled print. Entry Forms and further information are available online at www.ppscf.com
FILE NAMING ON CD see example folders below (same as attached file)
A) Main folder: Photographer’s name
B) Category folders INSIDE the main folder: Portrait,
Illustrative, Social Function, Art/Tech, Commercial, Album, etc.
C) Image Files INSIDE EACH FOLDER: jpg files with print title as name Ladolce.jpg
