D.J. LaDez presents "Location Lighting for any situation" sponsored by Lumedyne, Inc.

This live demonstration will show how to blend natural and artificial light sources to create images that are extraordinary. While there are many elements that combine to create a final image, lighting is the most dynamic effect that photographers can control.
Photographers will learn that there is not one correct exposure for any shot but rather many choices for every image. By using live models both indoors and outside D.J. will illustrate how to balance light sources to create many varieties of images from one scene.
D.J. will show how to use flashes and light modifiers to create various images from low key to high key and from subtle to dramatic.
With a clear understanding of light and flash, it is easy for the photographers to develop their own style or vary their image selection to create more sales. After taking this course, even experienced professionals should be able to add a few new tricks up their sleeves. D.J. believes, that only by enhancing the lighting effects can you clearly separate professional images from the images produced by very smart cameras. While it's true that D.J. will only use Lumedyne equipment for the demonstration, many of
the techniques can be applied using other brands of flash. The general information can be applied to studio or location situations.
The key, is first to understand what's possible and how easily it can be accomplished. The rest is left to the creative imagination of each photographer.
