Tony will teach the basic rules and methods of Non-Destructive Photoshop Image Enhancement. He presented this as an all-day PPA Super Monday program last November and will do so again April 11th, 2005. The program includes Layers, Adjustment Layers, LayerBlend Modes, Layer Masks, Layer Styles, Clipping Masks, Shooting,Aquiring color-correcting, and B&W conversion of RAW images, Correctingand Printing Over-Exposed Highlights and Color Shifts in Shadow Areas,Painting with Blend Modes to add Highlights and Vignette/Burn-In.Proper use of the Curves, Channel Mixer, Hue Saturation, Levels, andPhoto Filter Adjustment Layers.

Covering these subjects will take up the entire program time and more. Tony has a complete slide show and will use a video projector. Students may wish to bring their laptops so they can follow along and take notes. He had students in his class withover 5 years Photoshop experience who were unfamiliar with many methods that were taught. They were thrilled to learn these methods for image enhancement that do not destroy pixels and provide maximum imagequality and infinite changeability even after the files are closed and the History Palette is long gone.
