TABLE TOP PHOTOGRAPHY

Jerry Perkins will be speaking.  He will educate us on Product & Table Top photography.  It will be a "hands-on" demo with tips, tricks and ways to make this a successful part of your business.  

He will show and explain what is needed to shoot products & catalogs - small and large pieces.  You will learn what gear to use, reflectors and other gadgets.  Also covered - the most important - dealing with clients & fees to charge for your work.  This will be an interactive evening of education.  Feel free to bring your own camera to connect to the lighting to capture your image that you may bring it back to your studio / place to analyze it.
 
Jerry Perkins is a Lakeland based photographer and the owner of Perkins Photographic, Inc. He is a second generation photographer that took over father's business in 1980.  Their studio was mainly a wedding and portrait studio.  He ventured into commercial photography many years ago.  For more than 10 years, he has been a commercial specialist after dumping weddings and hasn't looked back.  (He says there is plenty of travel & different types of work (including fashion - one of his favorites).  Commercial photography has allowed him to be very creative & photograph different items in different situations.
 
Jerry is a Master Photographer, Master Craftsman, FPPE, FSA and past president of FPP.  You see him often as a judge at our local Print Education nights.
